Yes — remote email configuration is R150 per mailbox, once-off. We connect securely, set it up on your devices and test it with you before we're done, so you're sending and receiving before we sign off.

Yes. Search for your domain right on our home page and register it in minutes. .co.za is R100 once-off; .com is R300. The domain is registered in your name — you own it.

Yes — 100% remotely, usually the same day, with no callout fee. Our once-off tune-ups are Starter R650, Standard R850 and Premium R1,250, covering everything from startup optimisation and malware scans to Microsoft 365 and printer setup.

We use AnyDesk, a free and widely trusted remote-access app. You watch the entire session on your screen and can end our access with one click at any time. You'll find the download button on our Get Support page.

Yes. Our monthly per-PC support plans are Basic R299, Business R599 and Premium R999 — covering scheduled maintenance, security checks, Windows updates, remote troubleshooting and priority support. Managing 5+ PCs? Ask us about volume pricing.

Websites start from R5,500 and are quoted per project, so you only pay for what you actually need. Our monthly services have fixed, transparent starting prices — Care Plans from R650, SEO from R1,500, Digital Marketing from R2,500. We accept PayPal, Yoco, Ozow and Payfast (card, Instant EFT, SnapScan and Zapper), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. You can also buy now and pay monthly with Mobicred or an RCS store card through Payfast. Invoices are paid securely through our ClientZone portal. International clients are billed in US Dollars via PayPal.

Yes. Any once-off package up to R50,000 can be paid with Mobicred or an RCS store card. At checkout, choose Payfast, then select Mobicred or Store Card (RCS) on the secure Payfast page. We are paid upfront, so your project starts straight away, and you repay Mobicred or RCS monthly.
